These Terms of Service (the "Terms") set out the conditions for using this website (the "Site") and the AI consulting services (the "Services") provided by LibreCode ("we", "us"). By using the Site, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

The Services consist of consulting such as AI strategy, custom AI development, and production operations support. The specific scope, fees, and timelines are set out separately in an individual agreement between you and us, based on the results of the initial assessment.

Responses from the AI chat widget on the Site are generated automatically by an external AI service, and we make no guarantee of their accuracy or completeness. They are general guidance only and are no substitute for specific professional advice.

When using the Site, you must not engage in any of the following:

• Conduct that violates laws or public order and morals

• Conduct that interferes with the operation of the Site's servers or network

• Use of the AI chat widget for improper purposes

• Conduct that infringes the intellectual property, publicity, privacy, or other rights of us or any third party

Copyright and other intellectual property rights in the text, images, logos, and other content on the Site belong to us or to third parties holding legitimate rights. They may not be reproduced, repurposed, or modified without our prior consent.

While we take care to ensure the accuracy and usefulness of the Site's content, we do not guarantee its completeness. Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on our part, we accept no liability for damages arising from use of the Site. Where an individual agreement governs the provision of the Services, the terms of that agreement prevail.

We may amend these Terms without prior notice where we deem it necessary. Amended Terms take effect when posted on the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute relating to the Site or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our place of business, as the court of first instance.
